We received about 1-2″ of snow yesterday afternoon and last night. Groomer Mike is snowcombing the skating lanes and resetting tracks where needed this morning. There is approximately 12-18″ of snow in the woods, and about 7-10″ packed on the trails. The Stone Turtle Day Lodge is open for lunch and drinks today. The skiing will be best this morning before temps warm up! Get out there and enjoy it.

A favorite XC Ski HQ tradition, Paella on the Sun Deck celebrates a world-renowned, Spanish rice dish, and offers skiers a hearty, flavorful (and entertaining!) feast. Prepared in a massive cast iron pan over an outdoor fire pit, this lunch comes from an authentic Spanish recipe from Paella master Ayo from Nerja, Spain, and is served piping hot with Saffron-spiced chicken, shrimp, mussels and peppers. Paella will be served at 12:00pm and 2:00pm.
