The trails took a hit from wet weather last night, but luckily, the Trapper’s Cabin trail is still fully covered with just a few thin spots, which snow doctor George is patching up with the stockpile of man-made snow. The outbound loop is in the best shape, and will be the focus for the snow doctoring efforts. The trail surface is a mix of snow and wet snow, but is not icy and is totally skiable. The rest of the trails need more snow and are not skiable at this time. The practice area is still in good shape for lessons and demos. THIS WEEKEND: Trapper’s Cabin trail – at least the outbound section – will be open! Be sure to check out live music Saturday from 2-4pm, a NEW exciting food special, a free ski lesson Saturday at 10:30, and a learn to skate ski clinic Sunday at 11!
Today’s Forecast: Partly sunny , high of 45F, gusty NE winds.
