- Customer cancellations for events and clinics will not be refunded.
- Cancellations made over 2 weeks before the event will receive store credit for their ticket purchase.
- Cancellations made within 2 weeks of the event will not receive a refund or store credit.
- Event tickets are transferable up to 24 hours prior to start of event.
- If Cross Country Ski Headquarters cancels an event or clinic, customers will be refunded in full.
We do everything we can to put on events throughout the season that encourage XC skiing, engagement with the outdoors, and great dining experiences. We do not control, nor can we predict, the weather nor snow conditions. We do make snow as much as we can, whenever we can (i.e. weather below 20F degrees for over 24 hours). As long as our practice area is covered with snow, we will run clinics and lessons.
